We adopt a simple and fair pricing structure. Our marketing and tenancy preparation fee is £399. Nothing is paid upfront and the fee will only become chargeable once a tenant is found and rent is collected. The fixed monthly management fee is 10%. The great news for our clients is that there is no VAT payable.
